"We have been with SCPR for just over 2 years and find them to be thoroughly professional in their dealings with us and our tenants. The most thorough inspection reports keep us in the picture about what is needed up at the property. There is no extra charge for inspections (not the case everywhere). When I was building the house, Malcolm helped me organise purchase and installation of air conditioning. This was most helpful as we don't live locally. The "Property Me" portal lets you see what is happening with rents & services being conducted on our behalf which makes things very easy come tax time.
